CCF Chinese Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a Singapore-based children's Chinese education provider. This policy explains how we collect, use and keep personal data through this website, email and WhatsApp.

教师申请表：姓名、出生年月、联系电话、电子邮箱、居住区域及邮编、可教学时间、学历、教学经验、个人兴趣和教学理念。
在线反馈表：您的身份（家长、学生、合作伙伴或老师）、称呼、反馈内容，以及您自愿提供的联系方式。
联系我们：您通过电子邮件或 WhatsApp 联系我们时提供的姓名和联系方式。
Teacher application form: name, month and year of birth, phone number, email, residential area and postal code, available teaching times, education, teaching experience, interests and teaching philosophy.
Online feedback form: your role (parent, student, partner or teacher), name, your feedback, and any contact details you choose to give.
Contacting us: the name and contact details you give when you email or WhatsApp us.
3. 我们如何使用这些资料How we use it

- Teacher applications: to assess applications, arrange interviews, and handle onboarding and teaching arrangements after hiring.
- Feedback: to understand your views and improve our programmes and services. With your consent, we may show your feedback on this website, with your name or anonymously.

4. 资料如何保存与保管How it is stored and kept
表单提交的资料会发送到 Google 表单，由 ccfchinese@gmail.com 保管。我们只会在实现上述目的所需的期间内保存这些资料，之后会将其删除或匿名化。Google 的服务器可能位于新加坡以外，您的资料因此可能被传送到境外；我们会采取合理措施保护您的资料。
Information submitted through our forms is sent to Google Forms and kept by ccfchinese@gmail.com. We keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Google's servers may be outside Singapore, so your data may be transferred overseas; we take reasonable steps to protect it.
5. 我们如何披露资料Who we share it with
我们不会出售您的个人资料。只有在上述目的所必需、法律要求，或征得您同意的情况下，我们才会向第三方披露。
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it to others only when needed for the purposes above, when required by law, or with your consent.
6. 老师的照片与简介Teacher photos and profiles
在网站上展示老师的照片和简介之前，我们会先征得老师本人的同意。
Before we show a teacher's photo and profile on this website, we ask for that teacher's consent.

If you are under 18, please use our forms with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
